Skomer guillemot study

Description

The Skomer guillemot study is a long-term ornithological research project examining the population biology and behaviour of the common guillemot on Skomer island in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Initiated by British ornithologist and evolutionary biologist Tim Birkhead in 1972 during his doctoral research, the study has continued for more than five decades.
